The next 365 days will have a lot of opportunities for voting that affects the future of Tulsa, the state and the country, culminating in the Nov. 8, 2016, presidential election.
In Tulsa, elections for mayor and every city council seat are aligning for the first time since voters realigned the election cycle in 2011.
That means every elected official in the city of Tulsa is up for election at the same time, although several seats could be decided in earlier primary contests.
That’s just the start.
