2016: Ted’s ‘Cruz Country’ Bus Tour To Stop in State Next Week
GOP hopeful Cruz to make three stops in Oklahoma next week

Republican presidential candidate and U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas will make three stops in Oklahoma next week, including Bartlesville and Tulsa.
The #CruzCountry Bus Tour begins on Friday in South Carolina and will stop in six states before landing in Oklahoma on Aug. 13, according to his website.
U.S. Rep. Jim Bridenstine, whose district includes Tulsa and who endorsed Cruz last month, will be appearing with him in Oklahoma City, Bartlesville and Tulsa, his office confirmed on Tuesday.
The Oklahoma City Boots and BBQ Luncheon will be held at the COHBA Events Center from noon to 1:30 p.m., followed by a Bartlesville town hall meeting at 4 p.m. at the Oklahoma Wesleyan University Lyon Chapel and Fine Arts Center. From there Cruz and Bridenstine will stop in Tulsa for a “This Is Cruz Country” rally at 7 p.m. at the Union Performing Arts Center, 6636 South Mingo Road, in Tulsa.
