U.S. Rep. James Lankford, R-Okla., on the Health Care Compact, legislation that would transfer healthcare decisions and revenue from the federal government to states. It needs congressional approval to become law, but eight states have already signed on: Oklahoma, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.
