OCPA: Tele-Town Hall To Discuss Education Savings Accounts
PRESS RELEASE
OCPA to host Tele-Town Hall meeting on Education Savings Accounts
The Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs (OCPA) will host a Tele-Town Hall conference call on Friday, July 31 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss education savings accounts (ESAs).
The conference call features ESA bill authors Senator Clark Jolley and Representative Jason Nelson, as well as OCPA’s Milton Friedman Distinguished Fellow Andrew Spiropoulos. Brandon Dutcher, senior vice president at OCPA, will moderate the call.
“Our children deserve an education that meets their unique needs,” said Dutcher. “An ESA provides parents with the options needed to determine how to best educate their child. I encourage people to join us on this phone call to hear key Oklahoma lawmakers discuss this promising new idea.”
Participants of the conference call will have the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers at the end of the call. To register for the event, visit www.ocpathink.org/tele-town-hall. Those who register will receive a phone call on the day of the event at 10:00 a.m. to join the conference call.
