American principles under attack from within

I have lived through the Great Depression, World War II, served on Heartbreak Ridge in Korea and witnessed Vietnam and the many military and domestic crises since. Yet in this time of “peace” I have greater fear for our country than ever before.
It has very little to do with the wars in the Middle East, the radical Islam threat or the financial crisis that our country faces. It has manifested itself in the recent incidents at the University of Missouri and Yale.
During the 1960s and ’70s our universities and government institutions were beset by a radical student uprising. They shut down classes, occupied administrative offices, held university officers hostage. They killed policemen and bombed police stations. They kidnapped students and robbed banks.
After Vietnam they went underground. We thought the revolution was over. They became teachers and professors and now arrogantly control our universities. One brags “with tenure the reshaping of the universities begins in earnest.”
