A Democrat has joined four Republicans in the field of candidates seeking to succeed District 3 Tulsa County Commissioner Fred Perry.
John Bomar, 64, filed papers with the Tulsa County Election Board this afternoon. He is a field construction supervisor for the Tulsa County Engineering Department.
Earlier in the day, Ronda Vuillemont-Smith, 52, became the fourth Republican candidate to enter the race.
