Tom, I think you’re a good man and have worked very hard to shed light on the waste in government. I voted for you and championed your name on many occasions. If I were you I might feel the same way. But I am not you and all I can see is a train wreck that will end with Government provided socialized healthcare, death panels, no choice, higher taxes, and bankruptcy for the USA.
I also see you as exempted from the wreck and that makes me angry. How can you be exempt? Talk about a double standard. You are partly guilty by association.
You can paper over the mess with proposals but talk is no match for action. Proposals are worthless if there is no will to implement anything close to your ideas. The political leadership has gone to far in demanding higher payments for healthcare. The Supreme court calls it a tax so I think we should treat it as a new tax on every taxpayer. Now when a symbolic line in the sand can be drawn between the victims of Obama Care and the Congress that iron fisted the law onto the people I will remember that you chose to side with Obama.
Your efforts to defund and repeal Obamacare are puny compared to the united voices of the American taxpayers. We want an end to the tax and spend and if we have to shut down the government to do it then lets do it. My hard work is subsidizing a welfare system that is so far beyond fair and balanced it’s sickening. It’s an outrage. It’s evil to tax hard working Americans so the welfare class can live on the same economic standard while only working part time or not at all. And now undocumented immigrants are allowed to get health care at my expense?
I can go on and on about the fiscal, military, and moral over reach of this government but I think you get my point.
I want you to support the end of Obamacare by any means available. And if necessary, vote to defund the entire federal government.
Thanks, Karl McGaugh
