Memorial vigil to be held at Capitol

Sen. Brian Crain announced Tuesday that a memorial vigil for Labor Commissioner Mark Costello would be held on the south steps of the State Capitol on Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 7:00 p.m. until 8:45 p.m.  The public is invited to attend.
