Eric Roberts Announces For Senate District 30
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: October 12, 2017
Oklahoma City, OK- Businessman Eric Roberts announced his candidacy for Oklahoma Senate District 30, being vacated by Senator David Holt, who is running for Mayor of Oklahoma City.
“It’s not a secret that the politicians and bureaucrats at the State Capitol are letting Oklahoma down”, said Roberts. “When our elected leaders focus on what government insiders want before the needs of our families, we’re destined for failure. When we work together to accomplish our goals, we all succeed.”
“When Oklahoma has a revenue problem, our leaders must take action. Leaders should review the entire balance sheet and get something done. State Government has an important role to play, and it’s doing a very poor job of delivering for the Oklahoma taxpayers they promise to serve.”
“I’m not a career politician or bureaucrat. I am a businessman with real-world experience in growing business, creating jobs, paying taxes, and raising a family. I’m running for State Senate because I’m tired of seeing Capitol insiders squander the opportunity this great state affords us. I’m proud to be an Oklahoman, and we need more people in government who can say the same”, concluded Roberts.
