Lankford Leads In Cash, Brogdon Lags In Fundraising
Lankford leads Shannon in campaign fundraising for U.S. Senate seat

WASHINGTON — U.S. Rep. James Lankford has set the fundraising pace among Republican candidates vying to replace U.S. Sen. Tom Coburn, according to new campaign finance reports.
Lankford, R-Oklahoma City, raised $847,000 from April 1 through June 6, spent $1.1 million in that period and had nearly $732,000 left in the bank.
Lankford has reported receiving $86,200 in donations of $1,000 or more since June 6.
State Rep. T.W. Shannon, R-Lawton, reported receiving $625,696 in contributions from April 1 through June 6, spending $798,374 in that period and having $330,302 left. Since June 6, he has collected $37,900 in donations of $1,000 or more, according to reports filed by his campaign.
