‘Meet The Press’ Coming To OKC This Week
Meet the Press coming to Oklahoma City

A crew from NBC’s Sunday morning public affairs show “Meet the Press” plans to be in Oklahoma City on Friday for an interview with Mayor Mick Cornett.
Their itinerary includes downtown’s new John Rex charter elementary school, the Myriad Gardens, the Oklahoma River and Bricktown, said Kristy Yager, the city’s spokeswoman.
Cornett is second vice president of the U.S. Conference of Mayors, putting him on track to become president of the organization in 2016.
