OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A new plan to overhaul Oklahoma’s workers’ compensation system has been unveiled in the House and is scheduled for a hearing next week.
A 320-page bill to transition Oklahoma’s court-based system to an administrative one was distributed to legislators on Thursday and posted on the Legislature’s website. The bill is scheduled for a hearing Tuesday in the House Judiciary Committee.
