OFRW: GOP Women Stand Against Domestic Violence 

The Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women stands against the crime of domestic violence

OKFRW State President, Pam Pollard, along with the four elected Vice Presidents of the organization issued the following statement regarding the Oklahoma Republican Party’s hiring of an employee that has a prior misdemeanor conviction for domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor. “The crime of Domestic Violence affects all members of the family. We stand in support of families and their ability to live in a home free from violence.” said Pollard.

The OK Federation of Republican Women have close to 1,000 members throughout the state and are very active with the Republican Party. Pollard further stated, “We are committed to working with the OK Republican Party to support their “commitment to strengthening families” as part of the platform adopted at the 2015 State convention.
