  • This is total garbage! As a county chair I have never recieved a bit of useful info from OKGOP until Randy Brogdon was elected! It looks like the chairman in OK county is upset because he isnt the only one being considered anymore. As far as mass dissection? A few loudmouths that have found a media outlet through Mc Carville Report that stalks the social media pages of anyone who dares criticize the witch hunt they are conducting against Randy and T.C. This is the very type of thing that stereotypes the GOP in Ok. Cronyism, elitism, and bully boy tactics. Karen Price Cotton County GOP. p.s. Go ahead Mike, you can use this one. It states my position better that the one you printed that your little spies stole off my fb page.

  • OKC GOP has no business complaining about anybody else’s supposed corruption till they clean up their own house. I hope that this meeting has level heads, solid information and unswayed fairness. If so, Brogdon should fair well. However, based on personal experience with the corruption of the OK GOP, I doubt that this will be the case.

As a former Chair and Vice Chair of Oklahoma County Republicans, I am totally embarrassed by their actions. And to pass this type of “resolution” is nothing but a witch hunt by a very small group of people who have an axe to grind. Almost all of them supported another candidate in the State Chair’s race! And the ring leader(s) are still furious that their candidate did not win. They have told lies and been hard at work with a whisper campaign. Too bad they can’t put their energies into growing the party, including more Republicans in the work of this party, and helping to raise money for candidates.

The embarrassment is finding that as a Republican in this county, we have leadership that is more interested in bashing the State Chair instead of helping to grow our party. They find it more important to talk trash about something they don’t even know about instead of encouraging Republicans to be involved in our state and county.

    Shame on them!

After hearing the many allegations and innuendos at the OK County Execom meeting, I visited the next day with Chairman Brogdon and confronted him with what I had heard. Most were half-truths, fabrications or misunderstandings.

Interestingly enough, neither the County Chair or Vice Chair ever bothered to discuss any of these issues with Chairman Brogdon personally. Rather, they went public with a press release blasting him. That’s just a tad irresponsible.
