OKLAHOMA CITY – House Speaker T.W. Shannon, R-Lawton, will be a speaker at the Conservative Political Action Conference on March 14-16 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center outside Washington, D.C.

CPAC, as the annual convention is called, is the best-known and perhaps largest annual gathering of leading conservative groups and individuals.

Shannon will be one of nine “young conservatives” featured this year. Others include U.S. Rep. Sean Duffy, R-Wis., and Florida House Speaker Will Weatherford.
